  • This house is spectacular. Marlia has supplied the house with all the special touches that make the a warm and accommodating place to stay. The porch/deck is the perfect place to wind down after a busy day of seeing all that Spokane has to offer. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of bedding and pillows to allow us to stay warm and toasty on the cool nights. There are basically four different areas for people to relax/hang in. Plenty of room for a large family gathering.

  • This was perfection! The house is immaculate and not a single detail has been forgotten. I am sooo picky about Air B n B’s and this one exceeded all my expectations. We were unfortunately traveling to Spokane for my dads funeral and needed a large home for family to be together. Everything from the linens and comfy beds, to the fire pit, waterfall, pool table and beautiful views made our stay as comfortable and lovely as the situation could allow.   • What a great spot to stay while in Spokane. It's centrally located to lots of great parks of Spokane (Downtown, Whitworth, Green Bluff, great food), yet it's situated in a very private area along the hill overlooking the valley. The house itself is fantastic with great rooms, quality and comfortable furnishings, and we really enjoyed some special touches like the outside gas fireplace and waterfall. The kids really appreciated some of the fun toys (and racecar bed!) as well.

  • This house is better than advertised, the pictures don't do it justice. It's huge, has a sunrise view, a massive covered deck with plenty of sitting and a waterfall and fire-pit on command. The house was very well maintained, super clean & everything I encountered showed care, consideration for possible needs and focus on the quality. There are extra tables and chairs hidden out of the way, there were plenty of supplies and extras for almost any possible need, plus a few extra goodies for good measure. Marlia's communication and hospitality were top notch.

  • The house is conveniently located, beautiful and spacious. Very clean and tranquil. The thoughtfulness for the “extras” were way more than expected! Snacks, fresh coffee beans, extra toiletries, easy instructions and the check ins with us were above and beyond! You will not be disappointed!!!! Side note: we were there for Silverwood and it was an easy 45 minute commute!
